Wedding Cupcakes...made by moi =)

As I mentioned in my last post, Andy's sister Sarah got married the end of last month. Her and her husband Bray decided they would rather have a cupcake tower than a wedding cake, so I volunteered to do the cupcakes. It was worth it, but dang it was a lot more work than I thought it would be =)

The tower was actually made by Bray and Sarah...I just filled it with the cupcakes =)

They requested some chocolate and some yellow/white, so we alternated layers to make it look prettier. Look at those beautiful straight lines. I love when things are organized and pretty!

So I didn't actually make the cupcakes, I just decorated them. The frosting we used was buttercream, and the flowers are made of fondant. The center of the flowers are edible pearls.

In the end I made over 300 flowers! I put those little tiny pearls on 300 flowers...using tweezers! LOL! It was totally worth it though. It was beautiful and I was happy to help =)
