Happy Easter --- Only a Month late :o)

PRESCOTT FAMILY EASTER
April 2009

Weston, Lukas and Daddy dieing Easter Eggs. What a fun mess that was! Almost all the eggs were smashed because Weston wanted to put them in the cups of dye all by himself....this meant that they got thrown into the cups. Big splash of dye and all! It was pretty funny :o)

Weston in his room unwrapping his Easter baskets. He loved the one from Grandma and Grandpa Barker. Every day he was begging for those weird little gummy hamburger candies. He thought he was going to be able to eat them for breakfast! Maybe if Grandma and Grandpa were here ;o)
By the way, we are still picking that "grass" up off carpets.
UGH! I think it's tissue paper next year :o)

Obviously we don't have a yard, but I hid a bunch of broken eggs and plastic eggs with candy, all over our front porch. Weston was so excited when he found the egg to put in his bucket, he didn't want to hunt anymore. He just wanted to open it and eat the candy! I had to convince him there was more candy before he would finish the hunt. He knows what he wants!

This was his first cracker real egg. He was showing it to Andy and kept trying to peel it right there. This was only the second egg he found. Ten minutes into our "hunt" and he was only on egg #2. Can we say easily distracted?!

There is on the strawberries! How fun we grow strawberries, huh?!

And the last egg, hiding in the flowers. Weston had a blast! Hopefully next year we can spend the time with family and he can have some competition on his hunt!

Even though it was forever ago, I hope you all had a great Easter!
